As Senior Vice President with Commonwealth Land (a subsidiary of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC), Hank specializes in rural real estate with a strong concentration in the brokerage of timberland and farmland.
Hank joined Commonwealth in 2002. He has continued a practice of real estate services focused primarily on the brokerage of timberland and agricultural land, as well as commercial land. Hank has offered seller and buyer representation services to Timberland Investment Management Organizations, private partnerships and conservation groups, and numerous other large land owners across Virginia.
Prior to Commonwealth, Hank joined Virginia Realty & Relocation (1994), where he focused his practice on rural estates and agricultural properties across Central Virginia.
Hank has sold over 100,000 acres of rural real estate in central Virginia consisting primarily of institutionally and privately-owned timberland as well as agricultural and recreational properties.
Hank received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hampden-Sydney College in 1992 where he was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Society for Leadership and recipient of the Anna Carrington Harrison Award for Leadership. Hank holds his Broker’s license and is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI).
Hank is a member of the Virginia Association of Realtors. He has offered his leadership skills to the community where he is involved in activities with the Maymont Foundation, the Virginia Forestry Association, the James River Association, Ducks Unlimited, the National Wild Turkey Federation and the Coastal Conservation Association. Hank has also served on the Annual Fund Board for the Virginia Institute of Marine Science.
Over the last 20 years, Hank has sold over 90,000± acres of rural real estate across the state of Virginia. These properties consisted of institutionally and privately-owned timberland, as well as farmland and commercial land.
